At Pitshirts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your apparel; if your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the barcode is clearly visible for a smooth transit back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
